The Repeating Video Rows widget requires a repeater field either on the current page, preview page(post etc) or on an option page. The supported subfields are text, textarea, wysiwyg and oembed. The oembed field supports Youtube, Facebook and Vimeo. If you want to use lazy load you can choose either another image subfield or in the case of Youtube video use automatically generated image from the video itself.

Selecting a repeater field enables the title, video and description dropdown controls.
